Ayşegül İldeniz - Keynote Speaker

Global Technology Leader, Board Member, x-Intel Vice President, TUSIAD Silicon Valley Network Chair.

Ayşegül İldeniz, is global technology leader focused on innovation, AI and smart technologies and future vision in Silicon Valley. She was chosen as one of the most creative people in the world by Fast Company(2015) and created  intelligent technologies we use today with a vision to dream the impossible.

Ildeniz was the Vice President for New Devices Group at Intel, microprocessor giant. Prior, Ildeniz was the regional director for Turkey, Middle East and Africa Region and EMEA board director at Intel. She joined Silver Spring Networks in 2016 as COO, a public smart energy company, and oversaw the company's exit after successful smart city rollouts in Chicago, Singapore, Paris, Copenhagen, Dubai. She currently serves as a board director at Dogan Holding, Pegasus Airlines, Vestel Electronics, Zorlu Energy Companies, and does consultancy and investment in Silicon Valley.

Ildeniz is focused on smart futures and AI, technological transformation and innovation policies. She is the chair of TUSIAD Silicon Valley Network, a 2010 Eisenhower Fellow and is a board member of Turkish Philanthropy Funds and has won several awards for her international leadership. She is also a columnist at Oksijen Newspaper. Her hobbies include archeology and history and she is an avid adventurer who has traveled to more than 100 countries.

Dr. Dilek Kaya İmamoğlu - Virtual Guest Speaker

Academician & Non-Governmental Volunteer

She earned her master's degree in public administration after graduating from Istanbul University's Tourism Department. She presented a thesis on Glass Ceiling Syndrome. She continued her studies in public administration to earn a PhD in 2022 with a focus on the leadership prospects of Generation Y, and the influence of differing leadership styles on interspersed evolution. Last year, she published her master's thesis as a book titled "Glass Does Not Cut the Light". 

In addition to her academic life, she prioritizes social responsibility activities for women, children and the disabled. The book "İlham Veren Adımlar", the first outcome of the "Büyüt Hayallerini”" project she leads, has reached 160,000 copies with its 6th edition. The proceeds from the book funds educational scholarships are given to 3000 female students. Her biggest dream is to open "Büyüt Hayallerini" Girls' Dormitories.

As part of her career, she worked to raise awareness of people with disabilities and children's education. She is an outspoken proponent for women's rights and the revolutionary role women play in modern society. She is an activist, mother of 3 children and the wife of politician Ekrem Imamoglu, who was elected as Metropolitan Mayor of Istanbul in 2019.

Betül Arım - Virtual Guest Speaker

Actress & Art of Living Storyteller

She graduated from the Theater Department of Istanbul Municipality Conservatory and joined the Istanbul City Theater. She appeared in over 50 plays at the City Theater, including "Luxury Life," "Forbidden Love," "King Lear," "Summer and Smoke," and "Insiders." 

She received the Avni Dilligil Best Supporting Actress award for her role as "Firdevs Hanım" in the play "Forbidden Love." For the play "There is Nothing Outside," which she wrote, compiled, and acted in for four years, she received the "Theater Magazine Jury Special Award" and the "Bilkent University Lifetime Achievement Award."

Arım, who has appeared in many television series, has appeared in over 10 cinema films including "Vizontele," "Menn ü Zin," "Seven Husbands of Hurmuz," "Like a Sin," and "Let There Be Love." She hosted the cultural, artistic, and lifestyle programs "In the Spotlight" on TRT2 and hosted "I'm Here with Betül Arım" on Tempo TV.

In addition to her work in cinema, television, and dubbing, Betül Arım gives "Art of Living" seminars to many corporate companies, schools, and universities. Under the brand Betül Arım Life and Art Collective, she continues to provide stage performances, seminar series, and training sessions on the art of living.

With a robust career trajectory spanning various leadership roles, Berna's strategic acumen and operational prowess have not only propelled growth and innovation but have also garnered her widespread acclaim and numerous accolades within the industry.

Berna has been instrumental in architecting the sales strategy for the Mammography product line across the Pacific Northwest. Her expertise in fostering relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, steering cross-functional teams, and harnessing AI technology underscores her dedication to advancing healthcare services to new heights.
