Empowering Young Performers for ETAC Children’s Theatre!  

ETAC Children’s Club is proud to offer performance workshops for ages 7-11 years-old.  Training will be provided for stage acting and honing essential skills/techniques so confident skillful budding theater performers are created. Theater experiences and education to build curious, creative, and confident young artists. The first play will be performed on National Sovereignty & Children’s Day. 

Workshops will be Saturdays at 11am-12.30pm. at Santa Clara Türkevi.

Meet The Instructor
Soner Çakı was born in Muğla in 1983.  He completed his undergraduate education at Muğla University, Department of Sociology, and his master's degree at the same university with his thesis titled "Changing States of Art and Street Theater in the Age of Consumption". He is one of the founding actors of Muğla Duvar Sahnesi (MDS) and Ankara Yol Atölye. He took part in many plays with MDS and Yol Atölye, participated in dramaturgy studies, took part in children's plays, storytelling, short films and documentaries, and worked as an instructor and director. His stories, poems and essays have been published in various magazines.
